About Me
Knightyme Productions, the name, came about like this. Knight, due to the fact that I was an LEO for over three decades and tyme, simply a play on the word, time. As an active LEO, the night shift was my preferred shift, throughout most of my career. More action, less brass.
I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer, having served a total of 33 years - the last 31 of those with the Baton Rouge Police Department in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I retired in 2011 at the rank of Captain and Commander of the 4th District. These days, I "piddle" around writing songs, mainly to keep out of my wife's hair. Together, she and I also own and operate a custom plaque shop, which we founded in 2016.
